My favorite Bruce Lee movie is Return of the Dragon. It
combines great action, good story line, humour and
awesome fighting choreography. This would also be the
movie where Chuck Norris debuts.
Bruce Lee's most famous movie is Enter The Dragon. I personally thought the action scenes were good but the storyline was lacking. The finale of the movie also involved Bruce Lee battling an old man. Not much of a contest I think.
Bruce Lee's early training was in Wing Chun Kung Fu. His teacher was Yip Man. Bruce Lee grew up in the rough streets of Hong Kong where there were gangs, fist fights and turf battles. This was a period where martial arts schools would do battle, pitting style against style for city supremacy. Bruce Lee and his friend William Chung and Wong Sheong, represented their school well, defeating many school rivals. Bruce Lee's countless street fights would later force his father to ship him to the United States for further study.
Bruce Lee was also known to be quite the dancer. He entered dancing contests and enjoyed many social activities. His father was an actor and here the seed would be planted for Bruce Lee to later become a world wide movie sensation.
No other actor since has been able to express the charisma Lee displayed on film. Neither Jackie Chan, Chuck Norris, Jet Li, Jean Claude, Segal or any other countless number of martial arts stars have been able to capture the audience with their intense charisma.
